Anger Management

Has anybody gone through any kind of anger management program? If so, any success?

Recent events have made me consider making some changes.

lol, There is a former crack head that lives next door to me. The other day, I was taking the vacuum cleaner out to the truck so I could get it repaired. She is out on her porch, chatting on the phone and sees me with the vacuum.

She stops her convo, and yells at me that she wants my vacuum cleaner (as if).

I politely yell back at her that I am taking it to get repaired, so she can't have it.

What I really wanted to do was run over and bitch slap her and tell her "not everything that comes out of my house is yours, BITCH!"


I need to get laid, like NOW!

Totally understandable orb, no need for anger management. In this situation the normal thing to do would be to kill her, I mean c'mon now, who's gonna come lookin for a crack ho!

If you need to get laid I would just invite that crack head over, they come real cheap, lol.

I have been to an Anger Mgt course, it's a complete waste of time and pretty expensive, it's like $40 a session and I had to take like 16 sessions.

I got out knowing how to tell people what they want to hear, but I still have a bad temper.

Fuck the court system, lol!
