Anger Issues

I'm almost 3 weeks into my Test E solo cycle. 500mg/week. And the past week or so I have been insanely irritable. It's getting out of hand and I can't stand it.. The smallest things just make me fucking pissed and I can't help it. I have always been like this whenever cycling, but this is my first test cycle. I've only pH cycles in the past, and 1 Winstrol cycle but the aggression wasn't there on that one.

My question is, is there anything I can take - or like ways to relax and avoid getting so mad all the time?? I'm only 3 weeks in so I really want to figure this out now before it gets out of hand, but I'm just sick of it and it's extremely annoying.

I get real bad anger problems too,
Try drinking 2-3 cups of green tea per day, relaxes me and very good for u especially on cycle. Other than that just try n stay positive

need to learn how to clear out the baby batter out of your system. need to do 1 hour a day of hardcore exercise. could be the gym, could be a run, could be tennis, yoga, anything where you are expelling the shit out of your system .... stay away from annoying people and annoying situations.. and always keep your stomach full and getting ample rest (being hungry or tired is a fast way to becoming cranky)

try reducing the dosage if you can't handle it. don't add to the bs media propaganda about roid rage by being irresponsible. if you cannot handle juicing then please do not juice till you mature more.
 
you could try 5htp i have found it to have a calming effect on my mood even on heavy cyckes
 
I get that way too. I find striking class/kick boxing helps me take it out. I get pissed a lot, so I walk around for a couple minutes and tell my self to use the extra testosterone at the gym. Because making bad decisions never helps.

Example: Paid someone 3k this year. To avoid taking me to court over his nose and broken tooth.

Believe me you can learn to control it. My 1st couple of cycles I became the biggest meanest asshole around...but I remember reading a post from Steve about how a lot of it was your mindframe. I do agree that test and other compounds make you more irritable and aggressive, but you also have way more control over yourself than you probably think. And yes heavy hard exercise helps!
 
I've found GABA to have an extreme calming effect, helps with sleep also, but at 3-5 grams in the morning I've found that it completely changes my day, I can turn the aggression on no problem but GABA seems to have made it more my choice whether I do or not, some people handle their aggression with more difficulty than others like myself, not everyone is the same an some could use a bit of help, perhaps GABA could help you as well, it's cheap, get the powder form at a nutrition store, get in bulk, will last like 2 months an shouldn't cost more than $20.00 ish

this is exactly what i was talking about in my above post. need to be mature enough to take out your aggression the right way. as much as i've been pissed at people I would never strike another person under any circumstance unless it was solely self defense.. if that isn't your attitude then steroids are probably not for you yet

Right there! That's what I have to do. If I work alot and miss 2-3 days going to the gym I start getting mean and I'm not on anything. I go to the gym and get that out of me and I'm just as laid back as I can be. It's an easy way to keep yourself under control and in the gym. Works for me.

Yea I have A LOT of annoying people around me lately but I'm moving back into my house tomorrow morning so it will deffinatly be more relaxing. I don't really freak out too bad it's more of just an inner thing and I just feel so fuckin pissed in my head but I just walk it off and I'm basically fine within a few minutes, but this happens way too many times a day. Thanks for the advice.
 
Thanks y'all for the advice, I'm going to look into GABA and see how that works out, but I usually work out later in the day so maybe I will start working out earlier in the morning and see if it lets out some stress for the rest of the day. As I said in the above post I'm moving into my house tomm so I think everything will get better from here on!
