let me start by saying I am not flaming or trying to start a fight or war in anyway shape or form here. but I just had to say this andy your post are apperated by me I may or may not agree them but we both have our own ideas but some people(a lot of people here) don't know much and are here trying to gain more knowlege and if you treat there questions like the are dumb then they may quite posting and never learn what they could learn. so please try to be kind of the member here do not know everything!!! I don't by anymeans but I have some good knowlege and try to help. also I have to say even though I don't agree with a lot of your post I really do like reading them becuase the do make me think about my ideas more and make me do more research on the subject at hand. thanks there are only making me better. BUT AGAIN BE NICE TO ALL. Your Facetiousness and sarcasm is not appericated

Rich, this board is made up of people, and if you don't like someone's facetiousness and sarcasm, then you are going to have a tough time not only on this board, but in life.

The point of this board is not to be nice, or to give 'atta-boys' out to help encourage people. This community is, by nature, made up of very aggressive, very independent minded individuals who have taken it upon themselves to improve their physical bodies. And they do this through very intense methods. And they have devoted, in most cases, years of research to this way of life. So, forgive them if someone comes on here and asks a question, that by all rights should have been answered by your own research and they jump down your throat. Because you have just shown that you do not respect their way of life. You need to sweat a little and earn respect here, it is certainly not given out like candy.

This board will not be left to the timid or the weak-hearted. If you want your questions answered, do searches first, and ask questions second. Not the other way around. Now, I did not see the post with which you are referring, but I have read several of andy's posts, and he is a damn good contributor. Also, we are only human. We all have bad days, and we might snap and bark at someone. But that is the worst of it. Barking. It is impossible to bite you through the computer.

So brush it off. This will not be the first time you will deal with people who are not overly nice.

as usual TxLonghorn has said it all. Rich, I understand ur point but remember that accuracy should always be more important than attitude when posting and so far andy has done well in this regard, IMHO.
