Hi,
Can you give me some links to sites about 4-ad? I'm going to start using it in a week time and I'd like to know as much as possible. I've already read a lot, but i just wanna make sure i haven't missed anything. Some say i should suplement it with zinc and take it with olive oil. I'd also like to hear your advice if you can give me one.

i'm really sorry, just wasn't sure whether you treat ph as anabolics or supplement, and sorry bout the repetition i live far away and the board is kinda slow in here, i was a bit impatient, going to supplement board right away
