Andro sucks...

Alritht, andro sucks. Norandro sucks. I havn't gained a fuckn pound off either of them. Is there any hope in the sup industry or am i going to havet to go as. I have been dieting, training religously for 3 years and have only gained 10 lbs. I know, genetics suck. I'm ripped as fucked but a lack the mass. I'm 5'5, 145. I'm kinda pissed off, kinda thinking about anavar, someone tell me their is an alternative. Oh yea, and for all those peopl that say time... i've waiting long enought. Does any of that 1AD of 4AD shit work... nevermind that, does any legal sup work.
Please people pull through.

BEEN WORKING OUT FOR TEN YEARS AND HAVE FOUND NO MIRACLE SUPPLEMENTS YET TRIED ABOUT EVERYTHING.
CREATINE HELPS WITH THE ENDURANCE IF YOU DONT MIND FEELING LIKE A WATER BALLON AND SOME PEOPLE MAKE MUSCLE GAINS.
LOTS OF PROTEIN AND DONT OVER TRAIN AND STAY AWAY FROM CARDIO IF YOU ARE ALREADY LEAN.
 
There is one miracle supplement, boys: food! If you don't eat you will not gain no matter what you use. When I started lifting i was 6'2" 150 lbs. I went to 190 in about a year and a half without juice. I ate like a horse. I'm now about 230lbs @ 9% with a few cycles and the miracle of food.
 
Instead of going off like a dipshit why dont you start out by telling us what kind of andro you were taking, how much you were taking, when you were taking it, and for how long. Maybe you just werent doing it right.

i know my sups and also now that they havn't dome anythi g for me. Are you telling me that they do something for you.

It's no wonder you're not gaining if you're ripped. It means that you're not eating enough! Start increasing your calories until you start to gain slowly, about a pound per week. Accept that you will gain fat and muscle but that's why you have dieting phases. Even the pro's don't stay ripped year round, many actually get pretty fat, and they're on a boat load of roids, GH and insulin. Here are my foundation guidelines of bodybuilding:

1. Proper Nutrition: minimum 1g protein per pound of bodyweight and calories appropriate to your goals. Also, get your EFA's. Keep a nutrition log!

2. Proper Rest: 8+ hrs of sleep every night and don't overtrain.

3. Drink Water: This one is so important I listed it seperately. Dehydration will put you into a catabolic state so fast your head will spin. If you're thirsty it's too late. I drink 1-2 gallons per day on top of what's in my shakes and other beverages.

4. Train Properly: Keep a training log and vary your program frequently. Read everything you can and experiment with what works best for you.

Remember, supplements are just that. Protein powder and flax oil are parts of the foundation diet but everything else is extraneous until you have the four principles above addressed. Once you have everything else in line the 4-ad sprays are very effective, a during/post workout drink like Surge will help recovery and creatine works for many. I've heard many good things abouty 1-AD but I haven't tried it myself, stacking 1-AD with a 4-AD may be beneficial.

Hey tough guy actually it seems like you dont know your sups because as Jeremy said all oral prohormones on the market are drastically underdosed as far as the recomended dosage on the labels are concerned. Also, like JavaGuru said if you are not in caloric surplus you are not going to gain anything anyway. Try a transdermal, UP your calories and protein intake by a considerable amount (and dont say you are already eating enough, because if you are staying ripped as fuck and are not gaining weight you are not eating enough).
 
You cannot look for andro/norandro to gain weight for you. You have to up your calories and review your training. Which brings me to question your diet and training, not the prohormones. Like people have said before, there's no silver bullet.
And to me anavar is not a good choice for bulking either.

Dude, unless your superhuman, or just started working out... I found it hard to beleive that the 20 lbs you gained in the last 6 months is muscel. In fact, i doubt that even 10 lbs are. I'm not calling you bluff but maybe you jsut have insane genetics. I don't know. By the way, for a 145 lb kid, i eat 3,000-3,500 calories a day. A majority form easy digestable proteins. High GI carbs during the day and low GI carbs at night. I take all the sufficient EFA's in the form of flax. I take creaglutamine after a workout with dextrose. I also take anti-oxidants, multi's, and glucosomine chronotine sulfate. My dieting is fine, to take over 3,500 calories for me is damn near rediculous. I also drink about 3/4 gallons of water per day.
Oh yea, and i havve also tried the andro spray by biotest and didn't gain a damn thing.
 
YOU HAVE THE CALORIES AND THE PROTEIN SO THE ONLY THING LEFT IS WHAT KIND OF WORK OUT PROGRAM DO YOU HAVE? AND DO YOU DO ANY OUTSIDE SPORTS THAT BURN TONS OF CALORIES?
