This has been around for several weeks, and if one does a google search for various terms (Steroids at times, and other such things), their website address will appear upon one of the promotional banners.

Such people should be hanged, truly, literally. Parasites.

If you look at that article, it seems that this particular lawsuit is just targeting the companies that still market androstenedione. (Notice that Ergopharm or Molecular Nutrition aren't on the list of plaintiffs?) If you ask me, companies that are still trying to sell that $hit deserve to be sued. ...just my opinion though.

And when you open your mind to such a line of reasoning you open Pandora's box. Consumers have their choice, and not should it be the opportunity to task frivolous lawsuits, enriching parasitical lawyers in the name of the "public good".

Class Action suits will be more common come the greater passing of time, and come the lesser presence of individual responsibility.
