And another one, Helladrol Log!

Hey everyone, decided to post up a log here of my helladrol cycle.

Age: 24
Height: 6FT
Weight: 185lbs
BF %: ?

Previous cycle experience, 1st cycle: Helladrol at 75mgs/day for 30 days. This was my fav, no problems was smooth sailing all the way through had formastanzol for pct along with forged pct and another test booster. I gained a good amount of muscle and also a lot of vascularity.

2nd cycle: This one was a mess imo, this was a helladrol/katanadrol stack. Not only was I on for about 45+ days I did at one point reach 150mgs of helladrol ed for a few days until I threw up one morning, cut it back to 75mgs right away. I honestly didn't gain as much as I was expecting mainly based on how much I was taking.
Post cycle was a bastard for this cycle too, I was struck with prolactin sides. I don't know why but I did some research and apparently orastan a which is what Katanadrol is made off of has been known to cause prolactin issues.
I'm thinking prolactin because I could discharge a very small amount of fluid that was cloudy from my nipps, I'm talking barely a drip, but still apparent.
I had HCGenerate for post, forged pct and formastanzol.
Now the one thing I'm boggled about is before starting pct I was at 200lbs, and after pct I dropped back down to 185 but I actually gained strength throughout pct, so I don't know if that was water weight I lost or what.
Anyways, to make a long story a little shorter lol I didn't like my 2nd cycle and don't want to experience anything like it again so on to my current cycle.



So the goal of this cycle is to bulk up as much as possible without effecting my HPTA/natural test production too negatively so I can hopefully start another cycle quickly and start my cutting phase.


So below you will see my dosing schedule, I think this is best looking to keep it short and sweet while tapering in and out.
For PCT this time around I have formastanzol, clomid, tribulus teresteris and fenugreek. Figure the faster I'm up and running the faster I can start another cycle. From reading around doesn't look like many suggest clomid for a helladrol cycle since its rather mild?
Keep in mind each cap of helladrol is 25mg so day 1 I'm taking in 50mg of hella.
Also, I think the PCT clomid dosage may be rather aggressive, let me know what you think. But I plan to go with this dosage and once my boys are plump and riding low I'll slow it down gradually.

Like I said the point of this cycle is to add as much lean mass as possible while keeping fat gains to a minimum.
As for diet I'm currently doing carb cycling keeping my average daily carbs at about 3000/day.
Most of the calories come from protein which is roughly 400grams ed which equates to about 1600 calories. The remainder comes from clean carbs such as brown rice and whole oats and god damn is that ever filling.
I weigh 185lbs and hit the gym 2.5hrs a day 4 days/week. So with 3000 calories I'm at a slight surplus.



So on to my regime....
Monday/Thursday:
Squat: 3 x 20
Deadlift 3-5 x 10
Lats (isolation)4-6 x 10
Biceps (isolation) 4-6 x 8

Tuesday/Saturday:
Chest 3-5 x 10
Shoulders (isolation) 4-6 x 8
Triceps (isolation) 4-6 x 6-8
ABS (non weighted exercises, mostly roman chairs and stomach vac's)

For example on Monday I will do different isolation exercises than Thursday. The same applies to Tue/Sat. What I'm planning with this routine is to overdevelop my arms and mainly upper body while increasing definition/tone on for example my legs/abs.





A little more than a week ago I donated some blood to lower my RBC since I've had somewhat moderate-high BP (125-130).


So fast forward a little past the background stuff, I'm currently on my 6th day on as I write this.


Day 3 on cycle I noticed being a little tired in the gym and a very slight soar throat.
Day 4: Some flem and worsening of the throat.
Day 5: Soar throat much worse and runny nose, yellow flem (saw the dr, he suggested advil cold and sinus also wrote a prescription for penicillin if the problem worsens.
Day 6: Soar throat is better, still runny nose and cold symptoms. Tottaly depleted at the gym today before completing my entire routine.


So I'm not going to try to remember exactly what I've done so far but I haven't been in top shape but will continue to keep a detailed daily log of my exercise days here if there is interest.
One thing I have noticed so far is I believe I'm taking in too many calories, I feel a little chubbier. I don't know if its because I'm sick or what but I'm going to lower calories to about 2500 and do about 30-60 minutes of low intensity fat burn on my off days.


Will also post some before pics in the next day or two, so far I have noticed a crazy increase in vascularity and strength.

Here are some strength improvements;
Seated cable rows: 260lbs x 8
Cable lat pull down 240lb x 8
Machine Preacher Curl 145lb x 8
Dumbell Curl 60lb x 8
Tricep Dips: body weight + 2 x 45lb plates + 10 lb plate x 8
Machine Tricep pull down (reverse preacher) 130lb x 8
Tricep Cable pull downs 200lb x 10 (The stack for this one lol)


These are the main exercises I'm emphasizing strength on everything else I'm keeping weight relatively the same and just increase reps, specially lower body and core.

I'm quite happy with the gains so far specially considering I've been plagued with this cold or flu for the past 7 days or so ish. Finally clearing up though.
 
Also, one day last week I checked BP and it was 156 mid workout, but I took ephedrine earlier that day so that probably helped increase it.

Since then stopped ephedrine indefinitely on cycle, and bought me some Hawthorne berry extract, checked bp a few days after on sat the 27 and I was at 135/75 (score lol).

I'm pretty much taking 1 cap of hawthorn extract per every cap of helladrol so that's 500mg x 3 of hawthorn ed.


It helps, but I don't know if it will get me by for my Hella/Clen cycle, might have to get legit BP meds from the DR.
 
Also I was taking about 2-4 pumps of formastanzol ed the first couple days of the cycle, decided to stop as this compound shouldn't aromitize and I check my nipples religiously for any signs of gyno or anything.

From what I understand the AI for this cycle is pretty much for any rebound effects once stopping, and letting the hpta start back up.
 
Checked my BP again at the gym today, before doing anything and mid way through the workout.

Day 18: Watching calories like a hawk, I find if I try to eat an entirely clean diet, all carbs from whole oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes I end up feeling full and bloated way before caloric maintenance.

In fear of short changing this cycle I've added some shit food just to give me that few hundred boost in cals I need.

My Diet is aimed around 400/350/20 (Protein/Carbs/Fats)
 
Day 20: Started 100mg/ed yesterday.

Really enjoying this cycle so far, most potent cycle I've run thus far.


Today is squat/deadlift/bicep/lat day so I'll try and post a progress pic.
 
Gentleman!

Today was impressive at the gym, only problem I had was sever bicep/forearm pumps, I had to take a few minute breather because of it.

I managed to do 2 sets of wide grip cable pull downs of 260lb x 8. New PB, never tried 260lb wide grip pull downs before.


Body weight is now at 188lbs, It's going up slowly.

This morning I noticed some acne on my face, don't think I ate anything greasy or too fatty lately but I'll tighten up the diet some.



I have a question for you folks, checked BP today and it was 164/89.... But I don't know how accurate this is because my arm barely fit into the cuff.

What can I do to lower this without going to the DR? I've heard of aspirin.

I'm already taking about 6000mg of fish oil a day, 2000mg of hawthorne extract.
 
Day 21:

Experimenting with aspirin 81mg caps. Took one Mon night and two during Tue, blood pressure in the gym was 154/79 at first then 140/70 once I got a pump going.

So it's definitely helping, going to keep dosage around 243mg ed and see how that does.

Day 23: Not the best day of the cycle that's for sure. Was a little tired and easily winded today at the gym.

I was really pushing deadlifts at the beginning of the workout today too so that may have been a partial reason.


Blood pressure reading scared me: 168/89.... Going to the DR tomorrow first thing and getting some meds.
 
So learned a few things:

Formastanzol on this cycle is a big no-no, pretty much anytime I would apply it, next few days I would get really high BP. Just going to save it for pct.

Checked BP today again with the DR it was 139/82, I have a re-check up next monday. I'm just hoping to get a ACE inhibitor out of this so I have it on hand for future cycles and clen use.

Day 24 I slowed to 75mg, Day 25 to 50mg just to give my body some sort of break.
Day 26 went back up to 75mg and will continue on at 75mg until the 15 and taper the 16/17th.

On Day 27 now, bicep/lat/squat/deadlift day today.

On a plus note I'm currently at 190lbs flat so I gained roughly 10 lbs thus far.

I think its mainly my diet, it's very simple yet effective.

Almost half of my protein intake comes from whey, otherwise extremely lean meat. For carbs I eat whole oats (plain)... occasionally I will throw in a piece of fruit with each meal, and at least a cup of greens a day.

Try to keep fat to a minimum, same with sugars.

Pretty much ED 6 times a day I eat 60-70grams of protein with about 60 grams of carbs from whole oats.
 
Also worth noting, over the past two days I've noticed a nice vascularity spike again...

Before I could faintly see the veins/capillaries on my inner bicep, now they are actually sticking out some.

Great progress! Lean muscle is always the goal. 5-10lbs is no small amount either man. Good stuff!
 
Hey guys another update...

About a week into PCT... was dosing clomid at 150mg for the first 3 days and tapered to 50mg and stopped it yesterday.. Also supplementing with 2000mg of fenugreek and 2400mg of tribulus terrestris right before sleep. Also had about 8 pumps of formastanzol ED thus far.

Bad news is my left arm/forearm/shoulder is killing me when I put any work into it, I've never experienced dry joints but I think that's what it is...

Stopped the formastanzol and clomid since yesterday hoping this pain goes away, I couldn't even get a decent bicep workout on Friday because the pain got so bad I eventually got the shakes.

Have a chest/tricep/shoulder/ab day today so will see how that goes.... worst comes to worst I'll just end up doing a solid hour of abs.

Will post a current pic of what I'm left with in pct today, almost everything minus some hardness...
 
Hmm. I would try to up the efa and perhaps look into some cissus. You might want to dose the forma lower and not completely stop it as you still experience some estrogen rebound.

Another update...

Today I was able to get a really good workout in but by the end of it left arm pain was brutal... Progressing though as the pain took a lot longer to kick in this time around compared to previous two workouts.

Pain seems to be in the forearm/elbow and top of bicep where merging to deltoids.

I'm not a big fan of stopping the forma completely but I'm willing to take the risk.... I check my nipps religiously throughout the day, haven't felt any increase in sensitivity or formation of any lumps so I think I'm good so far...

I'm taking 6000mg of fish oils, also taking calcium/magnesium, and recently started taking 5000iu of vit d ed...
 
Started forma again... was getting some water bloat all around... within a few hours of application skin was way tighter.

For all other exercises I didn't concern with weight, rather hammered them with volume, while keeping the weight similar to before.

Lowered carbs slightly since coming off. 1400 cals from protein, and 1200 from carbs... 2600 A hair under maintenance.

I'm at 185lbs still, no gain no loss, but definite body re composition. I plan to keep this trend going until the next cycle which will be aimed at maximum fat loss, very excited to start.

Also joint/arm pain is almost completely gone.
