dude...I just ordered a product not too long ago. Just do this....clear your cache on your web browser. Then ( i'm sure your on WINDOWS ) insert a bootable floppy. Then type the following...

c: ( press enter )

Then type " format c: " then press 'Y" blah blah blah...and that'll fix your problem up. LOL
