What are the best things to take together to kill gyno? Armidex, with pherma? What should the dosing be to start and then to keep it under control? I've never had any gyno problems till now. I've always had Nova on hand but never had any use for it

the best way to avoid gyno if you are prone is to not run aromatizing AAS
nolva shouldn't be run with deca or tren cause it will increase your chance of gyno.
and if you do run tren or deca always run anti-prolactin which could help with your gyno, and if you run aromatizing AAS run an AI with them. but some guys get gyno no matter what so you can stick with primo, masteron, var, etc.

I've never been gyno prone. So would caber along with adex and pherma be a good way to run it?

yeah that is a pretty big cycle man. have you run tren before? if you haven't then i would guess its the tren causing it.
i would drop the tren dose and run caber try .5 every 3 days.. that is the dose i run and it works just fine for me. if the gyno doesn't get better then drop the tren totally and see what happens.
this is a much smarter route than bombing yourself with letro and dealing with horrible sides

with Tren, Caber seems to be the hot option. Letro at signs of gyno. I used arimidex during my tren cycle.... And im not gyno prone.. I also use clomid for my SERM... Gonna try Torem my next cycle...
Prolactin gyno and estrogen gyno are two very different things and need to be addressed differently to prevent them from happening. Tren cycles should always have prami or Caber in them or at least on hand to reduce the chance of gyno symptoms just like having Letro or adex on hand when running test.
