Since you are considering var, it sounds like you can afford it, so you might as well try it. You never know how you will respond unless you do. You might find it works awesome and is easily worth the price. If it doesn['t and you know it was legit, don't try it again until you are willing to drop the dime again. My favorite benefit that I found - which is touted but not hyped all that much - is the stomach fullness. I found this great for dieting. It killed my appetite like nothing else. It was more of a satisfied feeling, opposed to the empty-stomach-feeling-where-you-know-in-the-back-of-your-head-you-need-to-eat-but-it-grosses-you-out feeling like an ephedra or related based appetite suppressant gave me. It helped me to feel fine after eating cleanly, where others left me not quite there sometimes. Var is too expensive for just an appetite killer, but luckily it does other great things as well.
