Anavar with food/absorption?

Does taking anavar with food mess up the absorption at all? Is it best to take with food or on an empty stomach?
Also, do most of you divide up your dose throughout the day or take it all at once in the morning?

i don't think it makes a single difference with food.

i take it 3 times a day to spread it out so i'm "always on" 24/7.

morning, after work, before bed. 10mg each.

divide your doses take them 2-3 times a day. Var has a 8 hour half life.
