I am a college football player recovering from an ACL injury. I am looking to gain strength/put on weight, but at the same time strengthen my tendons/ligaments. I understand the risk you take when using testosterone, and don't want to put myself at risk of another ligament injury.
I plan on starting a cycle on May 15 and running it until July 10. This will give me a month to rid my body of the drugs before im eligible for testing on Aug. 7. (the begining of camp).
I think an Anavar base stacked with about 150mg/wk of test prop will give me the best risk/reward as far as putting on muscle and strengthening my tendons/ligaments, as well as putting me in a position to pass a drug test in early August.
My understanding is that Anavar increases collagen synthesis, and in combination with low doses of testosterone will increase muscle mass without damaging ligaments. I know that EQ, Deca, etc increase collagen synthesis as well, but they stay in the system too long and would put me at risk to fail a test.
What should my dose/wk of anavar look like? I'm 6-1, 195lbs. Looking to put on about 15 lbs and I definitely need to increase the strength of my tendons.
Also, any help on PCT would be appreciated. Clomid for 2 weeks?
