size, tbol, definition and strength and pumps var! if ur trying 2 also juice while cutting var is not calorie dependent so its best

week 1-4
40mg tbol ED, 20 mg var ED
week 4-10
50mg var ED

i was going with
1-4 t-bol 60 ed
1-4 var 40
5-8 var 80ed
with t-prop,npp, igf
 
anavar. i always loved tbol so much because it gave more mass, it kicks in so fast, allowed me to eat, and the pumps. var curbs most people's appetites so i was relcuctant to run it at 100mg ed. i feel no loss in appetite. i am putting on lean solid mass and there is no comparison in strength. i know diesel can attest to this. the strength gains from var are insanity. but mainly, i find that i am puttin on just as much mass with the var, i think it is easier on my system because i don't get kidney pain if i don't pound enough water, which occurs on tbol. it has kicked in very fast, like 3 days for me, now its insane though. also i never could realy afford to run at such a high dose, now with cappin i can. so the conclusion anavar is superior for me because i get all the benefits of tbol and more and i can run it longer and it is easier on my system. they are so similar but var gives me pumps that are honestly painful
 
yes this is true probably, but i think its mental. there was no decrease at all. whateva, var is my choice from now on no doubt. i only hope its mild on the liver and cholesterol.
 
i cant wait to try out var at 100mg ED, how much has ur bench went up? how r ur joints feeling? i know u gotta b dry with that pro-v and var
 
joints feel fine, winny is the only aas that fucks with them. my bench does not really exist, i do aap's chest workout

i ran a low dose of test and ran 40mgs of var for 10 weeks bench went up 60lbs
 
yep. i mean i do flys to start and get the blood flowing, then i do incline 6 sets 10-8-8-6-6, reps on incline dumbells, then i do whatever i can after that, which at this point isn't much. i am into less weight more form nowadays. so i can't gage what my bench has gone up. i can do a lot more weight when fatigued and go for longer. i can notice that my weights are going up fast. its the var and its the changing of workouts. i was plateaued doing the whole flat bench thing every week trying to push it up

var didnt help u break ur flat bench plateua or u just dont flat bench n e more?
 
like i said i just don't do it anymore, it was doing nothing for me, so if i went to it now i would probably be weak on it. i am more into really fatiguing the muscle.
