Does anavar suppress appetite so much that it would hold gains back.?
at say 80mg/day?

all i know is that 50mg suppress my apetite. So i would up your protein shake intake. I can take on the shakes but when it comes to real food, its hard to get it down.

Depends on the person. I do not have a problem with ap. suppression, even up to 100mg/day.
