What do yo mix it with and how much? Can i make it a liquid and it do the same as a pill?

I use PEG400 and mix 1 gram of OX and 49ml of PEG400. Get a mortar and pestle, if you don't already have one, and grind up the OX really good while you boil some water. Mix the OX with the PEG400 and place the vial you're using to mix it in the pot of boiling water. Turn off the fire and mix it with a stiring rod or swirl the vial every once and a while until it's mixed really good and it's suspended. You'll have to give it a shake before you take a dose. The end result is 20mg/ml at 49ml.

where do i get these things? a mortar and a pestle? is that like a bowl and a thick rod used for crushing pills? by vial do you mean like a vial that gear comes in? never mixed it before/
