lol yeah Im not sure how you dose it or cap it so...

i haven't read about it recently but from what i read before...

weigh out the total grams you need for the quantity of caps to fill at whatever dose you desire (say 50gram caps ... 100 of them). Depending on the cap size you have you'll have extra space... just use creatine as filler or something like that. Capping kits are available on various sites.

It would be such a small amount your scale probably would not measure. You can cap it or make it into liquid. Go to the chemistry section recipies are over there.
