B Big Moose New member Mar 25, 2002 #1 What would be the best way to convert var powder (7.5g) with a capmquick, so I had 25mg caps. What should I use for filler, and how much would be needed if my capsules hold a total of 500mg? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
