the question is what kind of pct should be used for a var cycle?
30/40 mgs for prolly 8 weeks

There have been studies which state that 20mg anavar daily will still allow an lh signal to be sent from the brain to the testes to produce testosterone.

That being said are planning on running 30-40mg ED for 8 weeks? If so, in my opinion it's not going to really do anything at all.

I have seen a couple people come off a var only cycle and not do any pct and they were just fine. I guess it comes down to knowing your own body and how cautious you want to be as it does have the ability to suppress natural test levels. You should know if you need a little help after wards and I'm sure something OTC would be more than sufficient if that's the case. All in all you should be fine.

For gains, docs recomemend .125 per pound of body weight. I'm 230 so I need about 46 mgs a day. VAr does shut you down, so you'll need some hcg for cycles longer than 6 weeks and some nolva afterwards. I researched this across multiple boards and this is what I came up with for an Anavar only PCT. Keep in mind I'm 6'2 230 taking 25-30 mgs x2 a day.

Weeks 1-2 nothing
Weeks 3-8 -?250 HCG x3 week plus 1000 vit E (shown to elevate test when taken with HCG)
After cycle 10-20 mgs nolva a day for 3 weeks

From my experience, anavar is just as suppressive as dianabol mg per mg. (or any 17aa oral)

If you take enough Anavar to notice benefit (about 40mg/day) you will be shutdown 99-100%, and will need some kind of PCT.

Also, since Anavar is fast acting and fast clearing, you would be best off running shorter 4-6 week cycles. If you keep the cycles short you won’t need to run hCG during the cycle, and you will be able to recover much faster than if you run a 8+ week cycle.

If you wanted to stay legal and safe, then the TRS would be sufficient for PCT.

Yes, this is for keeping the testes active (like a low dose of hCG).

Right now we recommend 6 pumps 3 days on, 3 days off. We should have some conclusive blood tests results on the effectiveness of this in a few more weeks.

i dont understand why people say nolva is appropriate for a var pct? since it doesnt aromatize the chance of bitch tits is zero, right?

OTC would probably be fine, or hcg or clomid for pct i would think to jumpstart test and LH production
