I'm saying you need to train for what's important to you. If it's speed, strength, explosiveness, agility and endurance, fine. Train for that and you'll shed that little bit of bodyfat as a byproduct. Your training should be the primary factor. Sounds like you want to short cut it with AAS. If you don't put the work in you won't have lasting results. It doesn't sound like gaining muscle mass is even part of the goal, nor should it be for what you are trying to do. I'm not convinced you need AAS, but the option to use them is yours, and it sounds like you are convinced that's the only way. Sure, anavar is a good steroid for that.
