doing anavar only to avoid hairloss and avoid messing with my testicular axis
i have heard it will hurt your natural test to some extent, but not as much as other AS. first cycle and not stacking it with another drug. diet is clean & im doing cardio first thing in the morning and after my workouts. i know i wont gain much mass if at all, but want to keep the muscle i have and hopefully put on some qaulity muscle without any nasty sides. muscle hardness, strength & fatloss are the positives im hearing of this drug and also the ability to keep what ive gained when the cylce is done. ive been lifting for over 10 years and have had my pre blood tests done and all lipid and liver numbers are in line and will check in 1 month again- taking my liver and cholesterol supps to help with that also. need some advice on if i should take clomid after cycle. some say no, some yes so i may take just as insurance to be sure(is this bad?)

also started taking Kre-Alkalin as i heard it would help with adding lean mass

any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated​

Seems you have everything downpat! great to see you have researched, the only thing i would possibly do is run your cycle at 40mg ed, like you stated strength and hardness are the real positives. to get maximum gains i would throw in some test but if your worried about DHT ect thats fine.

as with clomid i did not take any after my anavar cycle, its totally up to you but remember var is only mild just make sure you keep taking those liver supps. Goodluck with your cycle and enjoy the gains

Most recommendations I've seen for var say 60 mg/day minimum. Thats an observation not my experience.

I would say 30 mg is a very low range but we are all different. Nothing less than 40mg daily for me.

i would say start at 40mg and see how that goes for you. try and run test with it.

I agree with 40mg var - I would add some proviron. It will make you even harder and leaner, plus it will kick up you libido.

After 8 weeks your going to be shut down just as if you did test. The short half life just means it will clear your system faster than most test esters.​
