I'm taking 35mg a day when I work out and 30mg a day when I don't. My diet has been very clean and I've been getting about 2500-3000 cals a day and about 150gm of protein per day. It's been hard to get the right nutrition in cuz of work and I haven't been hungry. But here are the results:
Weight went up by one lb. 174 to 175
My abs are tighter.
Arms grew 1/8 of an inch from 15 inch to 15 1/8
I haven't really seen my strength gain yet cuz it's only week one .
I haven't measured my bodyfat but I look a little more cut. My muscles are definitely rounder now. Could be all in the diet though. Who knows we'll see next week.
