Anavar first cycle.

hello i am 20 and i've been working out for 5 years. i am 170lb, 8% bf...

my trainer who is a pro bodybuilder asked me if i wanted to take anavar. He told me that it could help me a lot by breaking my genetic potential since ive been on the same weight for a long time. We have tried creatine, no2, halodrol-50, etc etc.....
high calorie/carb diets etc etc....

he told me it is the safest aas, and that it wont affect my natural testosterone levels.

He also told me we would stack it with high doses of creatine, and a diet in which he is going to make me...

what do you guys say? should i give it a yes?

Halo 50 is a steroid - smilar to tbol

Anavar is harsh on lipids. Is liver toxic and will shut off your natural test production.
It is a safe oral aas, but you arent even 21 yet so it would be better to stay natural and just eat more and probably train less (im assuming)
If you didnt gain with halo 50 then ur not going to get anywhere with anavar either. This pro u speak of doesnt seem to know alot if this is the direction hes steering you in.

I say you give it a no and dont take what guys at your gym say as fact just bc they look like they know what theyre talking about.

what supplements can i take then? ill take whatever to get big. hehe

how about more food..you say your stuck when it comes to your weight..increase your calories and you won't be stuck anymore

at your age, steroids are a big NO NO
 
meal 1-
5 egg whites, 2 wheat toast,

btw-
2 scoops whey, 1 cup oatmeal, green apple

meal 2-
steak/ or 4 chicken breast 2 cups of brown rice/ vegetables etcc..

(pre workout)
shake- 2 scoops whey, 1 cup oatmeal, peanut butter, coffee
workout
post workout-
2 scoops whey

meal 3-
steak/fish/chickenbreast, vegetables

before bed-
2 scoops whey
