anavar effective dose???

i am 6'1 241lbs....9% bodyfat.....competing in april ....during the last 6 weeks up to the show i will be using tren 100mgs EOD winny 50mgs EOD was going to add VAR as well what would be a effective dose for me to take? i want to get the full effect but try to avoid and over kill.....

Depends what Var you get. BTG and paper I would say 40mgs a day.
