I am in a situation where I'm going to be taking about a month off of training. I will train occasionally (maybe 2 or 3 times per week), but my focus is going to be on something else for the next 4-5 weeks. I am mainly concerned with gaining fat and losing muscle.
I am wondering wether it would be helpful to take 40-50mg of anavar per day during this period and also if I should reduce my calories so that I don't get fat. What should I do?
