Anavar Dosing....

If I am running 60mg ed of Var and work out around 5pm every day how should I be dosing my Var??
20 morning, 20 mid afternoon, 20 before gym??
 
Yes bro spread them out, I love winstrol @ that dosage gave me vascularity like none other. Really easy to recover from although Im still having sex drive issues grr
 
I think Anavar has a 9 hour half life...so if you take it every 8 hours i.e. 3 times a day then you should keep your levels nice and stable....and should see nice gains....
 
But should I take it at night after the gym or how I spread it out??
Say like this:
20mg @ 8:00
20mg @ 12:00
20mg @ 4:00
If not please let me know your opinion. Just trying to get the most out of it.

Yes bro I think your schedule looks good - depending on what time you goto the gym I have always taken my orals prior to working out. Perhaps its a mental thing with some but I always like knowing I am "ON" before hitting that iron. Weird I know..

With this way your taking it all within 8 hours then 16 hours with nothing. Seems like a better option would be 8am, 4pm, then before bed. I am not sure how it would affect sleep though, if that would be a good option.

Half-Life on var is suppose to be 8 - 9 hours.
If it doesn't effect your sleep it seems like every 8 hours would be more beneficial.

Does it affect your sleep?? That is the only thing I'm worried about. The reason I dosed it 4 hours apart during the day is because I go to the gym around 5pm every day.

that would work fine. add some creatine for additional strength gains,,,works great stacked with ANAVAR.
 
It's going to work if you take it all at the same time or spread it out. Who's kidding who.. I wouldn't think the body is going to reject and not use it all if you take it all at once. Are you telling me that if your taking 75mg of tren acetate a day you should break it up into 3 shots of 25mg each? How far you gonna take this? Yes, it is taken spread out to keep levels even and play with your psychee at the gym, but how are you ever going to know your levels are off? I can certainly understand spreading the dosing of an antibiotic out over it's half-life time because you are trying to kill a living bacteria over time but if your taking 50mg of winny a day are you going to be that concerned about when to break it up? Back in the 80's we took winny and var once a day and everything worked out just fine.

hey bro, sorry i have been away....you need to do it every 8 hours. When i did my anavar I took it at 0700, 1500, 2300...or 7am, 3pm,11pm, That keeps the levels consistant the whole time. You dont need to take it all in an 8 hours period, but dring a 24 hours cycle every 8 hours...make sense??...

Did you find it affected your sleep at all though? From what i've read it just depends on the person.
 
it didnt affect my sleep at all....actually most days if i got 8 hours of sleep i woke up feeling more refreshed....like i got better sleep.
