Anavar dosages

I know this is a newbie question, but what is an average dosage ed or eod of anavar.
Been searching around cant find a good answer.

forget EOD...can't do that with var...try every 8 hours.

30-40mg/day seems to work well with quality var.

yea i figured eod wouldnt do much, looking to take it to keep gains during fball season while working out light, 3 times a week

Agree with JG.5-10mgs every 6-8 hours throughout the day.Toss in some supplemental creatine(10-15 grams daily)and keep protein intake very high,and you'll enjoy your results.
