anavar dosage

hey guys, how would I split 30 mgs of anavar out over the day? Is it better to leave under the tungue? Would I see good gains off a six week cycle? thanks.

Up it to 40mg/ED...also, what kind are they?

i would do 20mg when u wake up and 20mg before u train thats what i did and loved it...!!!

take with creatine, it gives you that extra boost
