Anavar dosage! Split??

If taking anavar daily, would anyone recommend splitting up the dosage?? 25mg twice a day or all at once? I was thinking about even using 100mg, but prolly not!

I'm assuming you are using the btg's or spa's. they stay in your system for 9 hours, figure out how you want it from there. I take 30 mg's/day btg=12 pills. 4 in the morning, 4mid-afternoon, 4 before bed . I belive this keeps a steady level of the hormone,s o you might want to try it that way.

so is the 'take it all in the morning to reduce htpa suppression" idea kind of stupid if the halflife is only 9 hrs?

no, it is not stupid to take it all at once

I took it EOD and optained the same results as with the split dose. However if you want the hormone levels to be steady (as the urge says), and if you are taking it with creatine, then maybe you should divide it through the day.You could start taking all at once and if after 3 weeks results are not satisfying, split the dose.
