I would do this,
400grams of Protein, 50 - 150 grams of carbs (nonworkout days vs workout days), 75 grams of healthy unsaturated fats.
Eat 7 meals a day, each meal containing 50-60 grams of Protein.
Eat all of your carbs early throughout the day, switch to veggies at night, and simple carbs ONLY after GRUELING workouts.
Cardio everyday 30minutes.
