Anavar dailay dosage breakup question?

I know this has been answered in past posts, but I could not find the answer using the search function. I will be taking 40mg ed for 10 weeks and wondering how should I break the dosage up. throughout the day? With or without food? Yes, I will be using Grapefruit juice for at least one swallowing.

10 hour total activity life,so split them up evenly every 5-6 hours or so.Try them w/o food,if stomach irritation arises,start enveloping them with food.
