anavar cycle with creatine...DO I REALLY NEED TO LOAD UP????

I'M PLANNING ON DOING ANAVAR WITH A DECA CYCLE FOR A TOTAL OF 10 WEEKS.. THAT ANAVAR WILL BE INTRODUCED IN WEEK 4 AND I WILL RUN IT FOR 6 WEEKS...I PLAN ON USING CREATINE TOO BECUSE I HEARD IT INCREASES CREATINE SYNTHESIS... DO I REALLY NEED TO LOAD UP ON THE CREATINE OR CAN I JUST START IT AT 10 GRAMS A DAY????
 
Creatine works for some and not for others. For me it was a waste of several hundred dollards spent over several months.

But, "SUPPOSEDLY", you should load up. Apparently it takes up to a month to saturate your muscles at the regular dosage.

Furthermore, there'e no real point in 10g ED because you'll just piss out about 3-4g of that. The standard is about 5g - forget the other 5g.

i would say load up on the creatine for the first 5-7 days and take approx 30-40g/day.after that a maintenance dose of 10-15 g/day will work well.

ps:a deca/anavar cycle bro???will you be adding winny to the equation???or some test???

no,you don't piss it out;you shit it out. Creatine is know that whatever you don't use you live it in the toilet,diareeahhhhh:sick:
 
i dont want to get water retention.

i'm using deca too at 400 mgs a week......and usually i get great results off of creatine.....should i load up or not?
 
ripped,listen bro,it all depends on how fast you want to saturate your muscles w/ the creatine...5g/day is just as good as 30g/day...question is are you patient?that is why i recommended loading.it will help saturate alot quicker.fyi.:fro:
