well well well... week 6 already....
i'll make this short and sweet...
menstral cycle is still delayed about 5 days and counting... YES, i was careful, i havent' been the picture of regularity since i went off the pill nearly 5 months ago... all the pres are there (slight cramps, slight bloat (which i'm not accustomed to), got a zit on my chin last week, that's normal, mother nature loves my chin)
nosebleeds - still happening, but a lot less frequent, 2-3 in the past week...
nether region sensitivity, yes!!!! hehe
skin is great... just started tanning again, 2 times in the past few days, hope to go again today... so my skin is actually looking and feeling a lot better! (except for the zit on my chin, not blaming anavar for that.. and it's gone anyways...)
gotten a couple of muscle cramps (usually hams) in the past week... i just have to gently stretch them out
ummm now the really good stuff
muscles are harder than ever... its really hard to explain unless you've experienced it... that's all i can say about that... i used to hear people say, my muscles are so hard and i always thought... well my muscles aren't too spongy right now, but dang... this is truly hard!
things are getting a little freaky, muscles popin out everywhere... back's looking a lot better... have to get the guy to get a few pics... i'm lousy at taking those..
shoulder striatrions captured slightly in pic attached...
bis and tris are really coming out... getting wicked shape in my arms even when they're relaxed...
chest separation is really evident the past few weeks.... even when chest day was almost a week away, like today...
legs are coming a long.... always my most stubborn part... but there is definate improvements
all and all strenght has remained constant in most areas, increase for back and bis... looking for to bump up my leg workout today... hopefully i can get enough rest to go in the gym and kick ass
shoulder is still acting up a little, feels a lot better, but it has its moments, so i'm easing off on a bit.. maintaining, but concentrating on a higher rep, less time between sets etc... hoping to get a bit more shape and definition up there...

bf 15% (should be adding clen into the cycle in a couple weeks, just for fun

most biggest improvement this week.. 1) bis, they're peaking like crazy 2) back, although i don't see it enough to judge its apperance, its definatley stronger, i've been placing a lot of effort on feeling all the muscles back there work... i'm sure that's helping...
