boy oh boy, another week gone by... how time flies...
well i came out of my training class with something that triggers these stupid coughing spells that i get
(i think its a 'touch' of asthma, or asthma that is triggered by some pollutant or irritant... probably being out by the airport all week did it
)
anyways, i've had a few sleepless nights this week, but i've been working from home for most of the week so i managed to come out okay so far... (these spells can last 2 or 3 weeks... so i'm bracing myself for next week... going to go to the drs tomorrow and see what they can do...)
umm nosebleeds are still there, one every other day or so... really really light, but still annoying none the less...
dosage upped to 12.5 ed last week.... i like it here
its great pumps... a little bit more sensitivity down there, i guess a very slight swelling, but nothing i can't handle (hehe
)... ummm, no other sides, no zits, skins great..
now the good stuff
the workouts have been good, not record setting, but intense still... i'm going for more reps on all most of my high lifts.... still babying my right shoulder so that's about the only place where i've dropped the weight... i'm varying things up a bit with my routine, training a little more instinctively, which is working amazingly... shoulders are ripped even with the lighter weights, (striated as hell... love it... gotta get a good pic and show ya all)... ummm very veinny... getting some quad separation... lots of good stuff like that...
feeling a little like the bf has been creaping up, but i tested it... nope its not...actually tested at 16% (again after taking eca, which means it's probably lower)
i guess i'm just a little slow to adjust to the new weight on me (clothes are starting to fit a little tighter... and i've gained more than 5lbs thus far)... i think its just about that time of the month too and maybe i'm just holding some water (which is not normal for me, so i'm thinking anavar may be contributing a little)... i'm not disappoited though, i'm not going hard on the cardio (it irritates my cough)... i'm going to week 8 before i even start to really worry about the bf so i got three weeks to keep doing what i'm doing...
okay... stats, once again
before working out - 5'3'', 145+lbs, bf (who knows... scary probably)
before cycle - 5'3'', 111lbs, btwn 16-20% bf (weight is
up from a low of 110 a few weeks prior, i was starting to catabolize a bit, this weight felt too low for me)
current - 5'3'' (
) 117(give or take 0.5) lbs, bf tested at 16%(probably closer to 14-15%)
goals - 5'3 and a half'' (please!?!?!?!!) 120ish (probably hit about 122-125 by week 8, then drop a bit for the rest of the cycle) bf - 11-13%
highlights for next week... hopefully my shoulder will stop buggin me and i can go heavier on it (and chest, i was looking to trying 135 on inclines... well now i'll be happy if i can get over 100 and not hurt)... going to continue to hit legs hard...i've promised myself that i'll be squatting over 225 by the end of the summer and dammit, i'm going to do it!!!
