Anavar cycle questions??

I originally wanted to do a cycle of sustanon and winny, but after much research I think that anavar would be a great AAS for a first cycle. However I do have several questions regarding anavar:
(First my stats: Height 5'11", weight 214lbs(not sure on bodyfat % but guessing about 16-17% ; age 21; several years lifting off and on
1. What is the best type of creatine to take with var? I was thinking about getting V12 or swole.

2. What is the best type of var? Denkall, BTG, etc...

3. My main goal is to put on muscle and lose bodyfat. My training regimen consists of Mon, Wed, Fri lifting and cardio 5 days a week, 20-35 min./session. Cardio is done first thing in a.m. 2-3 times/week. The remaining cardio sessions are done postworkout. How should I adjust my regimen in order to maximize fat loss? or should I keep it the same?

4. Can you take ECA while on var?

5. What should my diet be. Right now I am at 2000 cals/day and the breakdown is 45%pro, 35%carbs, 20%fat (from good clean sources) I have been strict. Right now I weigh 214, down ffrom 232 about 2months to ago. Once again should I keep diet the same or add calories in order to build more muscle?

6. What can be stacked with var to add a little quality musce:
test cyp?, sustanon? eq?

7. I am going to get r-ala and take it during the cycle. Will this add to the fat loss?

8. What is an effective cycle for var? I was thinking about 8 weeks: wk1=20mg, wk2=30mg, wk3=40mg wk4=50mg wk5=50mg wk6=40 wk7=30 wk.8=20
Is the pyramid cycle effective for var?

9. What do you take post cycle, if any?
 
If you want quality muscle and at a decent price I would go with fina/winny. Killer combo, and I'm planning on using it myself after a couple bulking cycles. You can add 250-375mg of test to keep from getting fina dick. If you have the money for anavar then go with that @ 40mg/week for 8 weeks. Paper var is supposed to be a good product at a great price. Personally I can't afford anavar, so I don't even bother thinking about it. :bawling:
 
Yeah, I heard BTG was the best and you also shouldn't taper and peak like how you were describing.
 
Is there any reason why I shouldn't pyramid the usage? or is it simply not that effective? Should I just jump into 40mg./day?

No need to taper up or down.

Also, you will see many people on this board tell you that you must take a massive daily dose of var for it to be effective.

I disagree. Var is like GH in the sense that the longer you run it, the better the results. Anywhere from 20-30 MG is adequate (IMO) as long as you can run it eight or more weeks.
 
1. Any micronized creatine will work. I would recommend NOT getting normal creatine monohydrate. It just doesn't dissolve and it's like drinking sand. I don't know much about V12 or Swole, but I've heard they're effective among creatine users. I don't know if they're more effective than cheap micronized creatine though.
2. BTG is the best var, if you can afford it. If you want to save money go with Denkall or Loeffler, or papervar. Any of those are reliable and much less expensive than BTG. Whatever you do, DON'T run IP var. Waste of money, not reliable.
3. I would suggest lifting 5 days a week if you have time. Too much cardio might limit your gains, but it will help you lose fat. You just have to decide what your goal is on this cycle, if you want to gain muscle and still lose a decent amount of fat, lift 5 days a week with post-workout cardio only on 3 of those days. You can still keep the morning cardio.
4. Yes you can take ECA while on var.
5. Once again, what are your goals, to lose fat or gain muscle? At 2000 calories a day, with your size, that is a weight loss diet. You would gain very little muscle with that calorie deficit. If you bump the calories up just a little more and eat clean you'll be able to gain more muscle.
6. Test stacked with var would give you more muscle, but don't go overboard with the dosages, or run an anti-aromatase with it to estrogenic fat gain. I myself am running 500mg/wk EQ and 50mg/ED var and it has proven to be a very solid first cycle. I've gained 20lbs in 7 weeks so far. Those results aren't very typical of such a cycle, but I'm very good at gaining weight and probably should've waited on the cycle.
7. R-ala will help with fat loss. Take it with your carbs and it will make your diet much more efficient. Don't use it as an excuse to cheat though, use it to help you reach your goal along with a clean diet.
8. Don't pyramid the var, run it at 40mg/day if you can. Even 30mg a day will be effective.
9. Take clomid post cycle. After 8 weeks of var your natural test will most likely be suppressed.

BTG but Denkall, PaperVar and Hubei are good stuff too.

SOunds good to me, but maybe adding another training day wouldnt hurt.

Looks good, but hit 2g of protein/lbs. Thats the key with anavar.

Test/sustanon IMO.

Yes, if taken correctly.

You're better doing a 40 mg cycle all the way or start with high dosage and then in the last 2 weeks taper down.

i had another question concerning anavar dosing. I only have enough time and resources for 500mg.(5mg loeffler's). i am 190 pounds and 5'8. around 10 percent body fat or so. what would be the best way to run these for strength purposes. i so far have decided to go 25mg for 3 weeks or so. i woulndt get that much more lengthy of a cycle by runnung it at 20. but for strength wouldnt cutting it closer to 2 weeks at a higher dose be better? please i know you var authorities are here. Also this is my first and last cycle of anything other then test suspension. so my hands are tied here.(testing problems)also i have enough winny to foolow this cycle for 2 weeks at 75mgs eod.

Try a 3 weeks cycle and taper down to 10 mg your anavar. Add some test and Fina if you wish. I'm not a big fan of using winny in a short cycle.

I totally agree! My experience with ox was the exact same:

1. You can get away with 20mg-30mg/day
2. You should plan on running the cycle long or not at all.

If I could do it again I'd love to get a couple of bottles and just keep running until the strength gains finally plateau.
 
awesome, but then what would the best dosing times be with 10 mg a day. 1 morning and one 8 hours later? also when do you guys notice an increase in strength? this is day 4 on 25 mg. no increase. have been eating 310 grams protein, 400 carbs, 75g flax oil. again 5,8 190.yall rule

Hey LITTLE PETER im on day 4 of 70mg/day of spanish generic anavar. I have increased on tricpes since I started by 10kg on the close grip bench press. This was probabaly from the chest session I did on day 1. Nothing else yet on the other body parts.
 
wow nicce work, what i would do to put 10kg off strength on any of my lifts. in 3 months.
 
also bulldog-how many cycles of var have you ran and at what dosage?

This is my first ever anavar cycle. I have been juicing ON/OFF for 3 years and have pritty much tried most compounds out there. I did shoulders yesterday and didnt gain on them, so why the increse on triceps is a mistry. Hopefully it will correlate to some good bench press gains. Will c on monday.
 
why did you choose 70mg for your first cycle? and how long are you going to run it that high? and what the fuck do you do for a living to afford that?
