I originally wanted to do a cycle of sustanon and winny, but after much research I think that anavar would be a great AAS for a first cycle. However I do have several questions regarding anavar:
(First my stats: Height 5'11", weight 214lbs(not sure on bodyfat % but guessing about 16-17% ; age 21; several years lifting off and on
1. What is the best type of creatine to take with var? I was thinking about getting V12 or swole.
2. What is the best type of var? Denkall, BTG, etc...
3. My main goal is to put on muscle and lose bodyfat. My training regimen consists of Mon, Wed, Fri lifting and cardio 5 days a week, 20-35 min./session. Cardio is done first thing in a.m. 2-3 times/week. The remaining cardio sessions are done postworkout. How should I adjust my regimen in order to maximize fat loss? or should I keep it the same?
4. Can you take ECA while on var?
5. What should my diet be. Right now I am at 2000 cals/day and the breakdown is 45%pro, 35%carbs, 20%fat (from good clean sources) I have been strict. Right now I weigh 214, down ffrom 232 about 2months to ago. Once again should I keep diet the same or add calories in order to build more muscle?
6. What can be stacked with var to add a little quality musce:
test cyp?, sustanon? eq?
7. I am going to get r-ala and take it during the cycle. Will this add to the fat loss?
8. What is an effective cycle for var? I was thinking about 8 weeks: wk1=20mg, wk2=30mg, wk3=40mg wk4=50mg wk5=50mg wk6=40 wk7=30 wk.8=20
