well ill hit up highddose when the powder comes ot me in quantity ;).. anyhow gotta another question ulter.. i started working out my chest and arms twice a week.. plan as follows

mon - arms / tues - shoulders chest / wed - legs / thurs - back / fri chest - arms/ sat sun - off..

what i'm wondering is if i shoudl keep taking the supplements i'm getting from you as i am.. i usually take 4 cee before morning workouts along with volume dna and 4 levorex's.. then after workout energ and 4 more levorexs around lunchtime.... or should i change it around now to assist my night work outs ill be doing on tues and friday thanks again big dog..

Clen is not a waste. Use it for 2 weeks on and 2 off. I don't personally think you need it. But it will get you leaner faster.

Clen owns. Anavar....pshhhhhh. You'll be harder than stone. Sounds good to me.
 
i'm saying should i use the supps at different times on the days i'm two workouts..

OK I read that now 4 times. I guess you're saying that your Tues and Friday workouts are nights instead of days?
Take the Levorex in the morning and mid day no matter what. The Volume and CEE you would just move to before and after the night workouts like you do for the day workouts.
IF you are saying you're training twice a day, stop doing that.
 
im saying i'm training twice a day on two days.. just tuesdays and thursdays.. so on a thursday i should take the volume dna before my am workout then before my pm workout is what you are saying.. ill just keep taking the 4 cee's in the morning like i do..
