Oxandrolone has no direct effect on fat. Nor does any AAS. First, it acts as an excellent anticatabolic agent, so you preserve more muscle mass when dieting. Second, it does cause some increase in GH and IGF levels (which is good for fat burning). Lastly, it does seem to improve blood glucose levels. I have clients on Oxandrine and a high protein, low/no carb diet and lots of cardio--they do lose fat. You can do this with any AAS, be it anadrol, test, deca, oxandrin, etc. Pick your poison...LOL
