Okay, alright, I know the answers to my own questions to be honest. What I really want to know is if you've used it and what your experience was with it. I find though if I play the ignorant moron I learn more.
Hey Nathan...it depends on which Abombs you have. The British Dragon from Asia suck in my opinion...
I did one tab a day for 40 days and had no puffiness at all. Do a little trick that I did. I used 15 grams of creatine a day with the a-50. I personally feel that Creatine sucks for growth but it was great at forcing extracellular water back into the muscle.
I would scoop some onto a small spoon and stick the spoon in my mouth like I was eating sugar. Then I would wash it down with 6 to 8 ounces of 100% grape juice...no corn syrup kind...
The pumps were crazy...the strength gains were insane...and the only problem I had was headaches that I could take care of by placing a cold wet washcloth on my forehead.
