I've been reading on anadrol... and I've been reading on bromocriptine. Learned alot about each. Here is what I'm thinking.

Once, I took some anadrol... while on Nolva... what happens? Bitch Tits abound. Anadrol is a progestrone (no?)... since i have had NATURAL gyno... I believe myself to be prone to both kinds of gyno... or as Macro said in one post....

there are 4 main culprits often working in conjunction (5 if you count thryoid.. though that likely is a mediator of the others)

progestin (which beleive it or not is NOT progesterone)
oestrogen(both natural and synthetic.. ie DDT, plastic polymers, etc)
prolactin (stimulates glandular growth + a puffyness agent)
igf-1 (growth factor)

Maybe them all?? LOL

Macro went onto say that a low dose of Bromo could take out the prolactin threat of gyno...

And, I've read that progestrone is increased or kicked in by excessively high levels of estrogen... which, would lead me to believe that something like liquidex, nolva or otherwise would lower estrogen, and hence reduce the impact of progestrone induced gyno? Am I wrong here??? :)

Ok... now, where was I? Yes... Gyno caused from Anadrol... I've gotten it before... and am hyper sensitive to it. Even test will give me gyno if I don't take something with it...

My question is... would bromo along with an anti-e prevent gyno on anadrol?? As bromo is a prolactin inhibitor... it should prevent prolactin from causing any bitch tits... the anti e's should prevent my estrogen from climbing too high, and thus, prevent the progestrones from getting kicked in?

I've read this on several posts... just curious if it ties in to anadrol.

Can I get a Zyg/Macro/Fonz or other response up in this mug? :)

I use Bromo when I take Anadrol or Tren. Bromo is supposed to help stop prog, but I am not sure how well it works since I haven't had gyno, I would think it is working.

yeah, I'm interested in the answer to this one too. I'm sure I've heard that there were better alternatives than bromo.

i'm a titty baby too. i am using 40mg nolva for the 6 months i am on test/winny/GH/fina/EQ/T3 (all at various times of course except the GH)..........and cycle right after i go with anadrol/deca so i got a big ass bottle of 5mg bromo caps waiting. i think i might just go on permanent novladex treatment for the rest of my life at this point. i still got most of my damn pubescent gyno though after all these precautions. but hey, at least it doesn't get worse and actually went down a little bit. i don't see why bromo and nolva wouldn't do the trick though to give an actual answer to the topic. you got your bases covered, prolactin/progesterone should be taken care of by bromo and estrogen binding to the breast receptor should be taken care of by the nolva if there is any excess estrogen floating around. WTF am i talking about???? :mix:

Along the same lines I was thinking... I just was curious as to if I missed any bases...

self administered gyno-surgery?? worked for the one guy. :D :alien:

My doc recommends Dostinex for an anti-prolactin. Says bromo CAN cause to many odd sides... and Dostinex works better as an anti-prolactin.

I would look into it.

seems a PITA to find it though. and i believe it is costly. i get no sides from bromo....so i don't see why i'd want to go through the trouble, even though it is touted as a "better" alternative. if you can get it, and for a decent price, then hell.......i'd go for it though.

Get a doc to get you a script and get your insurance to pick it up...

costed me 5 bucks for a months supply... AND I don't have to worry about it being fake. Nothing pisses me off more than assholes that fake drugs... the consequences for the end-user can be extremely severe. I can only imagine how many of our bros have bitch tits because the AAS they were using was not what they thought it was, or the anti-e's or anti-prolactins were fake... and the worst part is you would never know it..

9 years i had the best medical coverage, never used it.......now the 3 years i haven't had it i start messing with all this gear and stuff, and i'm wanting to get all this good stuff prescribed. :) oh well! i'm sure masters or one of the big pharms will start to carry it soon if not already.

Interesting... Dostinex does about the same as bromo... but with out the sides of Nauesa? I just read a few articles on it... it seems like an alternative...

What reason would you suggest I give my doctor to get a prescription? Sex Drive issues? Overflux of prolactin? :)

Around what is Progestin and Progesterone:

http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=206409&highlight=progestin+progesterone

My interpretation of this discussion was that Progestins are hormones that bind to the PR receptor and have agonist type behavior. Progesterone as the granddaddy (or grandma) of these hormones may or may not be referred to by the generic term Progestin, but the fact remains that Progesterone and Progesterone-like hormones (aka Progestins) behave similarly in the body. Macro may still disagree, but the last word was had by others so I am just gleaning as much as I can from what is posted.

Anadrol, Deca, and Tren are Progestins.

The ability to be an agonist at the PR is determined by the 3d structure of the molecule (Test, Deca, and Progesterone all are very chemically similar in there atomic composition and there 2d diagram, but Test is not a progestin and I have gathered that this is because in 3d Test is “fatter” on one end than Deca or Progesterone).

Progesterone or Progestins in the body over time will cause the body to over produce Prolactin. The actual presence of Progesterone/Progestin may even be libido enhancing, but when the body ramps up prolactin production then the result is no libido and perhaps gyno.

So if you want to stop a Progestin at the source you need anti Progesterone activity: RU486 seems to be the only viable option (Winny doesn’t seem to work very well. Winny could be a PR antagonist in that it would bind but not activate or activate so weakly that it is better than letting the Progestin in, but it seems not to bind enough or activate to much to make the user safe from gyno)

If you decide that you need to prevent the Prolactin then Bromo and Caborgoline (Dostinex) are good options. By all accounts Caborgoline is superior with lower sides and given a choice that seems the one to recommend.

I seem to have read that Progestins will increase the number of Estrogen Receptors (ER) in the breast. This could make anti-estrogens more important if you use a Progestin and an aromatizing steroid. I have not decided about the importance of this question.

Lastly, feel free to pick apart every little error in this post. I will not be offended. I am tired of placing this disclaimer at the front, but I really am not 100% confident in any of the crap I have put above here. I keep putting this out and no one contradicts it. I am either right, not worth correcting, or too intimidating. (How is that for a challenge).

Good Luck!

I used nolva and bromo with a fina/prop/winny stack for 6 weeks with no problems at all. was off for a while. decided to try androl with test.

started 2.5mg bromo, .5mg liquidex, 1 week before starting.

50mg anadrol a day and by day 3, I had the tell tail signs of androl gyno. Puffy nipples), dropped the anadrol and things settled down in a day or so.

I am not sure what androl actually converts to, but the liquidex and bromo did not handle it FOR ME. That is my experience.

Damnit...

I am super sensitive to gyno... if bromo and liquidex didn't do it for you, I doubt it woudl do it for me...

I need MORE BASES COVERED!! :)

I'm not well versed in Oxymetholones mode of action b/c it is the one AAS I'm not too fond of.

It does increase prolactin like fina(Smaller increase for sure). but probably binds to the PR with some affinity. No ER binding here.

IMO, anadrol is mostly PR.(Hence why some people say its good for burning fat)

If that, nothing you can do...except not take it.

PR variances are very genetic. Just take a look at Deca.

In fact, if I was prone to gyno i would avoid AAS I could not block from producing gyno.

Thats definately anadrol.

If Macro chimes in, he can probably give you a better explanation.

Fonz

That sounds about what the voice of logic Fonz... I was trying to figure this one out though... for use or non-use... I hate having a problem unsolved :)

I can use DBOL without this same side-effect... although, I don't think one will experience the same results from dbol that you will with anadrol....

One of the chief reasons anadrol works so well is that is the best stimulator of RBC's out there. After EPO.

In fact, anadrol was developed to treat anemic people(Sickle cell anemia).

Increase in RBC's = Increased Hematocrit = Increased capacity to carry oxygen in the bloodstream = Increased BP

Fonz

CITRUS @ FONZ....

i was thinking of jumpstarting my next cycle with 50mg of anadrol for 2 weeks while frontloading sustanon.

anyhow, what kinda gains should i expect from anadrol and would you recommend it for a jumpstart?

also, i never get major sides.. no acne, no gyno... i guess i'm lucky like that but as anadrol causes sides in even those like myself would you run nolva or proviron with it? remeber, only 2 weeks of anadrol.

cbeaks, yes bromo is available in american pharms but you need a script for it.
