anadrol, test and nolva help please.

ive been on eq 400mg/wk for the past 4 weeks, and i just included 500mg of test e for the next 10 weeks, and anadrol 50 mg/day. ive never taken the anadrol before but am wondering how much nolvadex i should be taking during the anadrol use wich will be for 4 weeks? ive taken the anadrol for the last 3 days and im not sure how much nolva to take but ive been taking 20mg/day. all help welcome!! i dont want to get gyno, which i already have some of from back in the days of puberty. thanks in advance

nolva will work at 10 or 20mgs ed. if not, go with some aromasin or adex
