Well my bench went from 180 lbs to about 250 lbs. This isn't much, but a nice increase. It is also pretty easy for me to do. My squats went from approximately 180-200 to 270-320. I did max out at close to 350/360 one day.
About a year ago I was approximately 148 lbs and now I am up to about 194-196. I am trying to reach the 200-205 mark, which is a challenge. My body fat is approximately 6% to 8%. Overall, I have grown, but I am looking to get stripped probably in the Spring.
