I paid 50 at the arnold and it is well worth it! Great pics and everything. It is also great to lend to a friend who is new to BBing.

I bought it off of Ebay for $58. It has a lot of good pictures and profiles on lots of gear but I do not think it was not much better than other gear books that have been put out. I learned alot more from Chemical Muscle Enhancement and Building the Perfect Beast II, but it is an alright book. One thing that I did learn from it is how to identify the counterfeit Primobolans.

Before I go and spend money on this book, something to read on the trainride to work in the morning, what exactly does it go over?

It gives you a run down on all the common gear out there right now. Plus the book has a ton of color pictures of legit and fake gear so you can compare what you got to make sure you aint doing fake shit. If you look around you should be able to get it for $45.00. Well worth it.
