This is pushed in our daily email today, promoting gains of 2-5lbs of solid muscle/week! That seems pretty Xtreme to me. Most guys I know eating correctly and working out religiously are only gaining maybe 10-15lbs in muscle in a year.
What's the story behind this? What is it claiming to do, in lay mans terms, and is there any research behind it to support it?
