wow this is an odd thread. However here is my input
The only affective way to treat these is by use of antibiotics.
Chlamydia typically uses of azithromycin or doxycycline to help treat it.Gonorrhea generally comes along with the chlamydia therefor are treated together.penicillin is used for the treatment of syphilis. And of course Trichomonas is a yeast infection, this can be treated by antibiotics or also by an over the counter topical treatment.
I am assuming that either you or someone that you know is a carrier, therefor I am going to give you a bit of advice..SEEK medical treatment. It will not go away on its own, it will not go away with use of steroids, and can do damage if left untreated to both males and females. If you dont have insurance seek a free clinic or a low cost clinic and they can help you out.
