hey bros, I want to follow a 100% anabolic diet food for bulking, if you don't mind give me a short list of the top 5-10 anabolic foods you recommend, thanks.

the most anabolic thing you can do is lift weights and get enough sleep.
i have been primarily a vegetarian the past month or two, that is on paper a catabolic diet.. yet magically my muscles haven't shrunk. i look bigger than 99% of the douchebags at my gym who eat nothing but protein powders and meat all day. go figure.
you want to get fat? eat a bunch of meat and dairy which are 'anabolic foods'. that is what most american do already
