Anabolic diet layout???

Check this out I am trying to get a hand on the anabolic diet I laid this out and would like to get your opinion on it.

This is the protein section.
meal 1
6 whole eggs
6 egg whites

meal 2
1 chicken thigh
1 sweet patato
1 cup green vegi
1 tablespoon olive oil

meal 3
3 oz ground beef
1 cup green vegi
1 tablespoon olive oil

meal 4
2 chicken thigh
1 sweet patato
1 cup green vegi
1 tablespoon olive oil

meal 5
6 oz ground beef
1 cup green vegi

meal
3 oz ground beef
1 cup green vegi

385 protien
111 carb
234 fat
4171 calories

6-5 270 lbs

Should I raise or lower anything or am I on the wrong page completely?

Before we go further, rework your plan to have UNDER 30 grams of carbs per day aka drop sweet patato. You need to lower your protein intake to around 30%, you're at ~37% now, and up your fat intake to at least 60-65% (you're at ~50% now).
