Hey what is the best way to open up amps if i dont have an opener?

go to GNC, ask if they have an Primo Amps for sale

(not unless you have a prescription for the use of anabolics they're not legal)

amps are not amp02.

amps = closed glass containers for holding various types of liquids.

When they're talked about here it's mostly AAS, hcg, or other steroid use related products.

I hold the amp in one hand and place the neck of the amp in my thumb and push - never have an issue if I use one hand, if I use two hands I shatter the entire amp.

This really works, its better than an amp opener!

I have tried every method and this works very well.

The key is to score that neck. Without that, it will crack at best.

pen cap-- i never have had to score the ampule but i have only used organon products- so i dont know aboujt other amps.
