damn good call on re-wracking
I made 2 wise decisions in my humble Bodybuilding life style:
1)during Pct DONT lift as heavy in fact opt to lighter and briefer lifts,
now that your using MCC and Amplify02 that will be plenty to maintain good strength till you normalize, just dont over do it.
2) during cutters use weights that are about 15% lighter then you were using without cardio or dieting.
PS I have had a pec tear that healed completely ( thanks good ness cant even tell I had one),
Minor Quad Tear ( healed completely) and some other injuries
( all came from lifting too heavy while dieting or during shitty endocrine periods, or outside the gym being an idiot)
