Amplify02 and Pure MCC question

I know to take the amplify02 before workouts but should I use the Mcc before workouts as well or just take it as a supplement on a daily basis? I start with these products today.

Please take MCC daily.
MCC much like G-covery is a "daily basis" supplement.
Some do opt to take a bit of it about 3-4 hours Preworkout in preparation for a workout, and then of course Take Amplify02 about 30-45 minutes Preworkout.

I take it every day, the RawMcc that is. I take three servings on workout days. Two on non. I am also a big guy though and my goals are a lil different than most. Best creatine powder out there.

As for when to take them, I find it's best to take a little bit of creatine pre workout and then after in your shake. But Amp has cee in it, so if you take it preworkout (which anyone who wants serious focus, strength and energy should), then you are covered there. Then I would take the Raw/PureMcc post workout. On nonworkout days I would take it first thing in the morning with whey protein mixed in water, a heaping tablespoon of Gcovery and a scoop or two of whey. You can also do that at bedtime.

This is just what has worked well (very well) for me with these products. You are going to love them. Enjoy them and watch out for the pumps. They are hardcore!

I figured I would post this even though I didn't get a chance to enjoy my first dose properly. I took the Amplify02 30 minutes before leaving my house to go to the gym because it's just 2 minutes to get there from home. I took 8 caps because I wanted to make sure I didn't go overboard the first time, you know to get the feel for it. Today was leg day, so I warm up with machine squats. I do three warm-up sets then get ready to do my first set with 405. This is the way I normaly start when I decide to do squats first. By now I'm really begining to feel the mental focus and the drive to get going and then the unthinkable happens. I get underneath and just lift off and in my left quad I feel the rip and that noise in my head telling me my quad is tearing and I re-rack the weight and that was the end of my workout. Needles to say I was quick to stop and massage my left quad enough for me to be able to drive home. So since I've been home I've been iceing and heating my left quad and I took 800mg of Ibuprofine. I am still limping but it looks like no leg workout and what ever other exercises that irritate my quad untill it is totally healed. This shit sucks, not to mention I am on PCT right now and this is really a bad time for this to happen. Thank God though, that I was quick to stop and not tare up my shit seriousely. Oh well, I will be doing chest tommorow and I'll let you all know how it goes.

damn good call on re-wracking

I made 2 wise decisions in my humble Bodybuilding life style:

1)during Pct DONT lift as heavy in fact opt to lighter and briefer lifts,
now that your using MCC and Amplify02 that will be plenty to maintain good strength till you normalize, just dont over do it.

2) during cutters use weights that are about 15% lighter then you were using without cardio or dieting.


PS I have had a pec tear that healed completely ( thanks good ness cant even tell I had one),
Minor Quad Tear ( healed completely) and some other injuries
( all came from lifting too heavy while dieting or during shitty endocrine periods, or outside the gym being an idiot)

Thanks for the suggestions. I have had a tricep tear, a lat tare, pec tear and now, although it's not torn, I have a huge bruise on my left quad that could have been worse if I didn't re-rack. When I woke up this morning I said to myself that I was going to switch up from heavy to light for a while and let my body take a break from the heavy lifting. I do this for fun and health and I don't want to end up doing something stupid to myself and end up not being able to do what I love to do.

yes, I felt that same way after my Pec Tear...........

after that day I hung my ego at the gym door and give thanks that the injury was not permanent( both aesthetically and other wise) , as yours wont be either.
