Mega, I need your honest opinion without consumerism involved. Should I just purchase Amplify or should I also get the PureCEE and take the PureCEE on days off, or is the 2000mg of Creatine Ethyl Ester enough.
oh, and I presume you mix the 1.5 scoops with water correct?
There is debate about this, but if it were me I would take the Amplify 02 on workoout days, which provides 2-4 grams(depending on serving size) and on the Off days take the Pure CEE (2-4 grams)
part of being on steroids is increased endogenous creatine production, coming off cycle or natural , supplementing with Creatine fills the need for those levels to be high.
