I was said that amino pills are worthless because they are so compressed that you cannot get much from them and they are more expensive than a prot powder.
If you think about it, probably you are getting ~4 gr of prot. on those 2 pills, not too much compared with what you are going to have in the meal.
On the other hand, free aminos are driven to the blood very quick so my advice would be that you have to convert those pills into powder and mix it with your PostWO prot shake. The problem you will have is that powdered amino pills doesn't dissolve well and they taste horrible !
If you are not willing to smash them, I'll recommend you to take about 10 pills PostWO with some high GI carbo (~20 gr of prot there, not to much anyway).
