Amazing Bodyfat reduction

Hey bro's,

I was curious,
I am trying to drop alot of bodyfat. I am probably sitting at around 20 percent or higher.
My question is, would it be beneficial to use the gear I have while dieting down or should I diet down first. I have enough to do 500mg deca a week for 12 weeks, 450 mg week of Deca for 12 weeks and 50md ED of Winstrol to use for the last 7 weeks.

Would this help to keep and increase lean mass?

Diet will be very low in carbs, high in protein and fairly low in fats.
I am really in need of some good help here.

Deca can increase IM fat so it isn't a wise choice. I would just go with an HRT level of test or moderate amt of EQ.

DT: What would you consider a moderate amount of EQ ? and would you change the amount of EQ if you were running Winny as well ?

(Say 400mg EQ Wk 1-10 and Winny 50md EOD 9-12 as a "diet stack" ?)

I was using femara @ 2.5mg/eod to combat any bloat from the Test enanthate. But bloat and fat gain are dependant on diet.....and I had it squeeky clean. Even when bulking, if you keep sugars low, saturated fats low, and don't eat high amounts of carbs and fats at the same time then you'll put on very little fat. My big mistake last bulking cycle was eating all I wanted to eat including high carbs and high fats together.....I paid the price by about 10% BF in one cycle....NEVER AGAIN will I do that!

I'm now sitting comfortably 2 1/2 weeks into PCT at 204 lbs @ about 8.5% BF. I'm a little bloated due to adding creatine to the mix....so I look about 9-9.5% BF

Next up.....Tren & Test Bulker :)

I can't tell you how motivated you have gotten me bro. You had some incredible results.
I guess I will start that cycle and will make sure to keep the diet clean.
